If you have an account with us, you can initiate the returns process through your My Account>Orders page. If you use guest checkout, you can initiate the returns process by contacting us, using your order number as a reference, You must report your discrepance within 30 days of receiving your delivery where appropriate.

If your return request is authorised, Church Pharmacy will not credit or exchange any item(s) until the condition of the returned product(s) has been inspected and approved by the Returns Department. Products that fail inspection upon return will be destroyed or returned at the cost of the customer.
